At CARiNG Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to obtain a unique Return Authorization Number and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection via our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange item will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
